Future Proof

Future Proof is an interactive performance lecture, ritual, and monologue. It addresses our relationship to and anxieties around the past, present, and – in this particularly strange era – future. Drawing on personal experiences with OCD, the piece looks at how we ritualise and fictionalise our lives and the distinctions between chaos, order, and Disorder.

Future Proof was originally created as a 30-minute online commission for Plymouth Fringe 2020. It is currently being developed for live performance with support from The Lab, Theatre Royal Plymouth and is scheduled for development with Exeter Phoenix in 2023.
